Almond butter recipe:
You can use your almond butter for so many different things like the healthy fudge (above), in porridge, add it to smoothies, on toast or just eat it straight out of the jar! It is so versatile and a really good way to make anything instantly creamier and more yummy. I hope you get to make it and taste how delicious it is!
- 400g almonds
- a few pinches of salt
- Put the almonds and the salt in a pan and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Put the roasted almonds into a food processor and blend for 15 minutes until they have blended completely and all their natural oils have been released to form a paste.
- Store in an airtight container or jar.
