If you haven’t had a soft pretzel then here is the perfect time to try one! The light, fluffy texture on the inside and the crispy, golden outer layer creates the perfect snack for any time of day. This super easy recipe will have you thanking yourself for making it in no time!
This is a really delicious recipe from The Primrose Bakery Book. It is really easy to make and a pleasure to eat.
You can use your almond butter for so many different things like the healthy fudge (above), in porridge, add it to smoothies, on toast or just eat it straight out of the jar! It is so versatile and a really good way to make anything instantly creamier and more yummy. I hope you get to make it and taste how delicious it is!
Yesterday I made the most amazing healthy toffees from the Deliciously Ella cookbook. They literally taste like fudge and are extremely simple to make. I almost ate the whole batch as soon as it was done! These are stored in the freezer or fridge as they can get quite sticky if they are left out at room temperature too long. They are perfect for when you have that sweet craving but don’t want to eat something too unhealthy!
This is a really easy muffin that can be made in under 10 mins. You can eat them as a snack throughout the day or as soon as they come out the oven. You can also freeze them for as long as you want since they don’t really go off, but I would recommend eating them within 1-2 weeks (if you can make them last that long…). These pumpkin muffins are a great snack for the whole family to enjoy!
